Connection & Expansion

My work explores structures formed by connecting and stacking small units, based on principles found in nature and architecture. I reinterpret radial expansion in nature and vertical and horizontal expansion in human-made structures through the material qualities and techniques of glass.

I focus on how time and energy accumulate and remain as structure, showing how repetition transforms into form. Through layers and flows, the work reveals the process and value of accumulation.
